First, you can rotate your wheels. If you are an adult, you know the value and importance of rotating your car tires. If you don't, you will have uneven wear and cause the tires to wear out sooner. The very same principle applies to the inline wheel. It is not difficult to rotate the wheels. All you need is an allen wrench and about five minutes later you are done. Take the wheels that are for your left foot and put them on the skate for your right foot. Do the same for the right foot. It is best to put the ones in the front in the back and the ones in the back in the front. The others can be just changed from the left foot skate to the right foot skate in the middle part of the skate wheels. In the process of changing the wheels, if you come across any dirt, make sure you clean that off your wheels with a dry cloth. Do not put things like WD40 on your skate wheels. It can damage your bearings.
While the heel stop or the toe stop is necessary for recreational and fitness skating, inline speed skating and even for slalom skating may not need this stopping options.
If you want inline skating and you are yet starting, aside from the need to have heel stop or toe stop, you also need to use safety gears like helmet, wrist guard, and knee and elbow pads. Many skaters likewise use loose jeans made of hard materials to help them move easier while the hard material will protect them during crash.
Aggressive inline skaters perform different types of grinds, rail slides, switch up's, grabs, aerials and many other types and variations of tricks. Aggressive inline skating is a very dangerous sport which is part of what makes it so exciting for those that take part in it.
Inline skating is a fun activity. It is also a good aerobic exercise and good cross training option for other sports. Inline skating also offers sports opportunity for the entire family. Inline skating also offers less risk of injury with proper training and use of safety gears.
